Event Outline:

“We really try to think about where are we in the world and how can we incorporate that into the customer experience”.

Our brief was to co-ordinate and manage a group of 100 delegates arriving from all over the African continent for a period of 4 days. Within this period we were tasked with a three day jam packed conference closing with a breath taking gala evening and entertainment.  On the final day, team building with a difference and in closing a five star luxurious spa treatment.

Areas of Specialisation:

Overall Event Management and planning coupled with our exceptional logistics and project management we successfully hosted our African delegates to a warm welcome, an extensive programme and a created a memorable experience for all.
